We focus on the core foundation of technique, strength and conditioning and injury prevention to ensure you run right!

"I PT'd with Sam with a specific goal in mind - to run a sub 2 hour half marathon. Sam put together a plan that recognised my current level of fitness and my track running background (which was a while ago!). The sessions were really enjoyable and Sam's running knowledge is excellent with a new challenge each week. It was unfortunate that I didn't get to do the race due to COVID, but we ran the distance at race pace and I took 3 minutes off my PB plus got my sub 2 hours.
